When to use Operator Assisted
Problem: We need
to have a conference call
with all 200 employees. It’s a lot of people,
but we still need it to be painless. What can
we do?
Solution: Direct Event can handle any number
of participants. Callers will access the call
directly without speaking with an operator.
An operator is standing by, however, to
answer any questions and make sure all runs
smoothly for this large call.
